Dustin Morris
Director of Foster Care
Dustin Morris is the Director of Foster Care for Counseling and Consultation Services. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Liberty University and M.Ed from Milligan University. He started his career as a pastor working with children and families and a teacher in TN and VA. He transitioned his career to Foster Care in 2013. He has been working with Children and families for 20 years and brought his skills to CCS in 2023. He oversees the CCS Foster Care Program and its continuing development across the state of TN. Dustin is certified with Cornell University as a trainer for Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Families (TCIF).
Kaley Persinger
Foster Home Team Coordinator
Kaley Persinger is the Foster Home Team Coordinator for Counseling and Consultation Services, Inc. (CCS). She holds a B.S. in Psychology from East Tennessee State University and M.A. in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University. Kaley began her work in the field of foster care in 2019. She has experience in foster care and residential case management, as well as providing foster parent support services. Kaley started her career with CCS in February of 2023. She currently serves as the foster parent recruiter, TN KEY trainer, POPS home study writer, placement coordinator, and provides support to case management and foster care services. Kaley is also certified with Cornell University as a trainer for Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Families (TCIF).
Lindsey Tomlinson
Foster Care Case Manager
Lindsey Tomlinson is a Foster Care Case Manager for Counseling and Consultation Services, Inc. (CCS). She holds a B.S. in Psychology from East Tennessee State University and is working towards a Masters in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Developmental Psychology from Liberty University. Lindsey began her work in foster care in January 2021. Lindsey has experience in foster care case management services. Lindsey started her career with CCS in March 2023. She is currently serving as a foster care case manager providing support to the children and families she works with. Lindsey is also trained in Adoption Awareness and is able to complete adoptions.
Autumn Mason
Foster Care Case Manager
Autumn Mason is the Foster Care Case Manager for Counseling and Consultation Services, Inc. (CCS). She holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from The Crown College and is currently working towards holding her M.A. in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Autumn transitioned from the career of a teacher to the foster care profession in May of 2023. In addition to her role as a case manager, Autumn is excitingly assisting in recruitment to spread CCS services throughout the state of Tennessee.
Elena Goldstein
Foster Care Case Manager
Elena Goldstein is a Foster Care Case Manager for Counseling and Consultation Services, Inc. (CCS). She holds a B.S. in Criminology from East Tennessee State University. Elena began her work in foster care with Counseling and Consultation Services in October 2023. She is currently working as a Foster Care Case Manager providing aid to the youth and families in our continuum. Elena is trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Families (TCIF).
Rachel Arnett
Foster Home Coordinator
Rachel Arnett has a passion for both education and foster care. She has a Bachelor of Science from Trident University and a Master’s from Liberty University. Rachel has spent over a decade in the field of education. Her journey started as a classroom teacher where she used her skills to guide and nurture children, her commitment led her to making a difference beyond the classroom. Having experienced the joys and challenges of fostering firsthand, Rachel transitioned her experience into working for CCS in January 2024. As a previous foster parent, she understands the complex needs of children in the system. Rachel took on the role of Foster Home Coordinator, where she facilitates TN Key Training and conducts POPS home studies to ensure the safety and suitability of foster placements. Her journey from educator to foster care exemplifies her unwavering dedication to nurturing the potential of every child regardless of their circumstances.
Stephanie Hopson
Foster Home Coordinator
Stephanie Hopson does community outreach and writes POPS home studies for CCS. You might also see her teaching TNKEY classes to our newest foster parents. She graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2003 and has worked in the human services field for more than 20 years. Stephanie and her husband have a heart for foster care as they have welcomed children into their home as foster parents for many years. As a biological, adoptive, and foster mother, Stephanie works to help others discover their own passions for helping the children and families in their communities.
Dakota Moore
Foster Care Case Manager
Dakota Moore is a Foster Care Case Manager for Counseling and Consultation Services, Inc. (CCS). She holds a Bachelors in Social Work from East Tennessee State University. With experience in family preservation services, Dakota made a transition into foster care in July 2024. She is currently serving as a foster care case manager assisting youth and families in our continuum.
Abbie Forbes
Administrative Assistant
Abbie Forbes joined our team as the Administrative Assistant in March 2024, bringing with her a solid foundation in education and a diverse skill set. She holds an Associate Degree in Secondary Education from Northeast State University. With extensive experience in managerial, administrative, and customer service roles, Abbie excels in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. She plays a key role in transferring paper documents into electronic files and assisting with compliance checks, ensuring our agency maintains the highest standards. In addition to her administrative expertise, Abbie is an accomplished artist. She leverages her creative talents to support our marketing materials and recruitment activities, helping to attract and engage foster families. Abbie's unique blend of organizational skills, customer service experience, and artistic flair makes her an invaluable asset to our team, dedicated to supporting our mission and fostering positive outcomes for children and families.
Lori Hull
Compliance Coordinator
Lori Hull is an experienced professional in the foster care industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tusculum University and has been dedicated to supporting foster care since 2014. Lori joined our team in June 2023 as the Compliance Coordinator, where she plays a crucial role in ensuring that our agency adheres to all regulatory standards. Additionally, Lori contributes to our recruitment and marketing efforts, helping to expand our network of dedicated foster parents. Lori is also T4T trained on several foster parent training courses, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. With her diverse background and hands-on experience, Lori is a valuable asset to our team, dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of foster children and families.
